Delicious Himalayan Lunch at The Bodhi Hotel | EBC Trek Food Experience

 During my Everest Base Camp trek, I stopped at The Bodhi Hotel in Namche Bazaar for a warm, comforting lunch. I ordered a meat burger, crispy French fries, and a cup of rich hot chocolate. After the cold mountain winds, this meal tasted amazing and gave me the energy to continue the journey.

If you're planning your EBC adventure, this is a great example of the simple but delicious meals you can enjoy along the trail. The cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and hot food make it a perfect stop for trekkers.

🏔️ The Calm Before the Climb As the first light of dawn touched the Himalayan valley, Phakding slowly came alive.
