In this post, I’m sharing a moment of pure joy—a local puppy guarding the path—and why the first day of the EBC trek sets the tone for a spiritual and adventurous journey.

🏔️ The Calm Before the Climb As the first light of dawn touched the Himalayan valley, Phakding slowly came alive. The faint sound of the Dudh Koshi River echoed through the pine forests, mingling with the flutter of prayer flags and the distant chatter of trekkers gearing up for the day ahead.
